We are happy to accompany our clients on viewings whenever possible. Being independent we can also work out of hours if necessary.
Open days can be a successful way of getting viewers through the door. We would be happy to arrange and advertise at least one open day for your property if you choose at no extra cost to you.
In our opinion Open Days are most suited to empty properties however we can arrange on lived in properties provided all valuable items are secure. We would certainly do our utmost to accompany viewers throughout their visit .
We are happy to arrange for a smart For Sale Board to be erected by a professional company on your property free of charge. ( some vendors may choose not to use a board - however we would recommend it as a sales tool where possible)
