Gill Powell has extensive experience of the estate agency business in and around the towns of Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth and the city of Hereford . Employed originally in one of the large corporate agencies. As negotiator for a well respected, privately owned agency with branches in London through to Mid Wales. Promoted to   managing of the  the Fine Homes Department covering the  Hereford to Mid Wales area and eventual promotion to Manageress of a branch. Latterly working closer to home for agencies in Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth and the Wye Valley.

Having made the decision to open her own agency in the Wye Valley area, she looks forward to providing a friendly, efficient service but always at an inexpensive price.

We are happy to accompany our clients on viewings whenever possible. Being independent we can also work out of hours if necessary.

OPEN DAY

Open days can be a successful way of getting viewers through the door. We would be happy to arrange and advertise at least one open day for your property if you choose at no extra cost to you.

Our own website is simple and effective to use and the name Wye Valley Properties deliberately chosen to enable clients, searching the internet for their new home in this area, to find us quickly and easily.

The market has changed enormously over the last few years and we realise the internet is absolutely crucial to successful marketing. As part of our package we offer any would be purchaser full 24 hours of the day access to all our properties, on the most successful websites currently available ie RIGHTMOVE plus local advertising via newspapers and leaflet drops until your property is sold.

We upload to this main site throughout the day from our office or by PDA, so it is totally up to date. Many other sites are way out of date and may still show properties for sale actually sold months before.

There will be no charge for our services if we are unable to sell the property subject to conditions as stated in our contract.

We are very security conscious & we do not disclose addresses & refuse to arrange visits until buyers meet our identification procedures.

Keys held are never labelled with property names but given numbers and the key book detailing which property relates to which number and key press stored in separate locations.
