APARTMENT TWO ACCOMODATION (THE FLAT)
Originally The Old Vicarage for the village of Llanishen, it was subdivided some years ago into three separate dwellings. The freehold is still owned by the Church but is available to purchase for minimal cost if required (approx 3K)
The Mews House was converted from the first and second floor of the original building . The large ground floor apartment beneath now named The Vicarage Flat- which is literally the remaining section of the original wing is now also for sale . Both of these apartments could be recombined to make a very large 6 bedroom home and offer a great deal of accommodation . Since the structure has changed little it would be fairly straightforward to reinstate although it may remain a practical purchase for some buyers as it is, perhaps for two generations of a family having their own space but in close proximity. We would certainly recommend a viewing
