back straightaway with feedback on the viewing and is always contactable on her mobile when
you need to talk to her. We had been on with two other agents in town neither of which seemed

Now that the layers of dust have settled following our move from North Lodge, it’s time for me to write and thank you for finding a buyer for our property and holding our hands throughout the entire sales process.We were initially attracted to the idea of an ‘Online’ Estate Agent for two reasons: firstly (and obviously) your Agency Commission rate is very competitive compared to a conventional High Street agency, and secondly, because the Internet is the obvious place for anyone not familiar with the area to search for a property. In our case it worked brilliantly and we had plenty of serious viewings by potential purchasers from a very wide geographical spread. Our eventual purchaser was indeed from out of the area, and so wouldn’t have found us through the usual channels.We were also very pleased and impressed that you accurately ‘vetted’ the purchaser regarding their status and ability to proceed with the purchase of North Lodge. All too often a so-called ‘cash’ purchaser turns out on closer inspection to be anything but!Throughout the sales process you kept us well informed, and your close attention at every stage kept the sales momentum up, and kept us up to date with matters as they progressed.Thank you again for handling the sale with great professionalism, and we also enjoyed your chatty phone calls and accurate updates!

After 23 weeks with a traditional high street based Estate agent from whom we had no communication and who arranged NO visits we asked Gill to take over our sale. On the first day we had a phone call to say she had arranged a visit, same thing happened on the second day and by the end of the first week we had an offer. Incredible! we were knocked out! She always kept us up to date with progress and if we had any queries we could always contact her, if a message had to be left we got a reply same day.

Quite simply the best service we have ever had.
